Return Process

  Log into your GODA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact for a full refund, and include your original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided shipping label to ensure tracked and insured delivery to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
